Indoor Rock Climbing

Risks are an essential part of life & business, knowing when & how to take a risk is a valuable skill. Rock climbing presents an opportunity to develop the confidence to take risks knowing you are being supported by your colleague - The risk is greatly reduced by working in pairs, one person climbs whilst the other person works belay (safety ropes) offering the support & guidance that is required. These dynamics then flow over to the office in the form of strong mutual support and trust. Participants are taught the safety techniques & skills with experienced instructors in a briefing at the start of the session
