Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gung

During these forms of development participants have an inward focus that creates a self awareness & deep level of relaxation that is unusual for most participants. In these more clear states of mind it is easier for team members to relax and enjoy things that they take for granted. Ideal for teams working in fast paced, stressful occupations. The implementation of regular programs helps to reduce burn out & increase staff retention. It is not uncommon for students who undertake a regular commitment to the lessons to have profound experiences that positively impact on their work & private life
